The Thermomatic Waste Processor
The 5-step process from start to finish.
There are currently 6 models in the Thermomatic Range that process anything from 12 tons to 400 tons of waste per month. The Thermomatic is suitable for use in Shopping Malls, Residentil Estates, Business Parks, Commercial Hubs, Production Plants, Hotels, Hospitals, Universities, Airports and Municipalities If you generate mixed waste, especially organic, food, or general refuse ; and you need to adopt a zero landfill operation, then this is your answer.
FEED
Waste is loaded via an automated conveyor. There is minimal human contact with zero risk exposure.
PROCESS
Inside a digitally controlled central chamber, waste is heated to 350°C – 400°C. Water, oxygen, and gases emitted from the waste itself create a plasma reaction - no external fuel needed.
REDUCE
The volume of input waste shrinks to ≤3% of the original volume. The remaining ash is uncontaminated, safe, and can be blended with compost.
EMIT
The world standard for flue gas emissions: 1%. The Thermomatic dispels less than 0.3% in emissions, as water vapour almost invisible to the naked eye. These tests are conducted and verified by an Independent London-based Certification authority.
COMPLETE
